Illegal car sales or grass verge of roundabout

Reported in the Miscellaneous category anonymously at 18:30, Tuesday 8 August 2017

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 5 minutes later

Not this particular car - just another of the constant stream of cars being offered for sale at this site. Dave's Roundabout showroom opened again last week with a silver BMW - previously offered for sale some months ago. It's a dangerous place to divert road users attention away from their driving , it's obviously not legal, and the muppet gives both a landline and mobile telephone number.
