  • The residents of West Reach are fed up with people who live in Valley Way parking their cars in West Reach and taking car parking spaces that should be for residents of West Reach. Property prices are more expensive in West Reach due to it being a quiet cul-du-sac but residents of the council owned properties in Valley Way want the convenience of parking in a 'safer and quieter' location. I pay a premium to live in this road and there is nothing wrong with them parking outside their own properties instead of mine. This is just a common decency issue. There are also security cameras attached to a property in West Reach and the Valley Way residents want the security of knowing their vehicles are covered and fight for position on West Reach. This situation is so frustrating and will escalate unless a resolution can be found. I am sure these Valley Way residents can hire a garage from the council as I have been forced to do instead of dumping their cars in a safe secure location we pay a higher premium for.
