There is a brown wheelie bin which at some time been set alight. It is now dumped on the footpath from Tamar close to st nicks park . People have now dumped rubbish inside. Can this please be removed.

The entrance to st nicks park via Tamar Close is severely overgrown and pushing against and growing though the fencing.
Several rodent have been spotted in this area and fly tipping is now also occurring her due to its overgrown state
