Missing dog poop bin and fly tipping

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later
The red dog poop bin that has been in situ at the layby at the wood entrance gate seems to have either been stolen or removed. the tyre tracks close to it look like it was rammed to remove it from it's concrete base. As there appears to have been no notice of it's removal, the local idiots with their dogs are now just dumping their bags of dog poop at the hole where the bin used to be. I cleared it yesterday, but no doubt this will go on. I presume if it's been removed, it will be replaced with a multi-purpose bin. If not, this is going to be a problem area.
This has been passed to the street cleansing team to collect any bags of dog waste/other dumped items. The bins on Gresley Way have recently been removed as part of our bin improvement program. New bins are due to be installed over the next few days.
