  • Flats at 98 to 108 Torquay Crescent have reported dumped fridge and fridge freezer many times dumped at residents bins by a tenant from the flats on the opposite side of the street (sadly can't prove as not seen but they have just moved in and had a new fridge freezer delivered) We have had to move these items to the ally down the side as we or the bin men could not easily get to the bins. As our bins are not in a covered area this is becoming a constant problem with neighbours from all around filling our bins and dumping items around the bins. myself and my husband are constantly having arguments with people and also trying to clear up the mess they leave so if there is any way our bins could have some sort of bin shed built round them i feel this would go some way to stopping this fly tipping which is becoming a stressful situation. Also there are numerous supermarket trollies dumped at the childrens playground at the end of the street which are an accident waiting to hapoen as the kids are playing with them.
