  • Same white male grey hair with black spaniel Allows dog to foul and never picks up. Carries white bag to make it look like he will pick up. This happens every day every morning opposite his house . He needs a visit off the council to clear it up or have a fine . He continues to do this daily between 0645 and 0730 every morning .

  • 13:55 Sunday 10th March . Same Male with grey hair and black spaniel carrying white bags under his arm he never uses. Dog fouls on grass verge does Not pick up . He does this at least twice a day let’s his dog foul and never picks it up. What is getting done about this . Surely anyone that is seen by street wardens throwing cigarette ends or rubbish get on spot fines . This makes us doing this every day where residents park their cars other pedestrians use. Not good needs sorting

  • The man with the spaniel lives in the house directly opposite the turning for Fleetwood Crescent (the Hilton Close end). There is also a grey haired man who lives in Hilton Close, who walks a miniature Schnauzer (dog wears a pink harness)who never picks up after his dog.
