I reported this 11 months ago and every month I receive a 'has tjis been fixed email' which I respond to but no one takes notice of.

  • I realise this area is not maintained by Stevenage Borough Council but the rubbish came from a a SBC area. It was THROWN in and BLOWN in to the watermeadow by SBC bins and local residents!!!!!!! Why are SBC & the environment agency refusing to deal with it despite 12 months of asking??
