Garden outbuilding

Reported anonymously at 00:37, Wednesday 27 March 2019

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council and Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later

This garden has twenty feet high sheets of plastic trying to hide what appears to be an new outbuilding being constructed. There are literally hundreds of feet of plastic around it, and along the fence shared with the neighbours, presumably to obscure the view of whatever they are doing. These plastic sheets are not only unsightly but present a fire hazard. These have been present for weeks.

  • No update, no communication. This thing is a monstrous eyesore, fire hazard, and lord knows what it is built to block sight of, but I suspect it's not an ornamental Carp pond

  • No sign of any action. This thing is effectively a 20 foot high plastic fire hazard. It's against a wooden fence, which is next to a public footpath. There is no conceivable way this thing is safe.
