Customer is reporting a litter bin that is over flowing with dog fouling bags. bin is on greydells road off sish lane, entrance to king George park. there is a corner shop on popple way, people are dropping litter from there too. all bins seem to be over flowing in the park area. there is a car park between aldi and king George, can't get hand in bin as it is so full.
