Another vehicle left by a non resident, no mot and tax almost ended like all the other vehicles left around Ely Close, left by NON RESIDENT!

LOADS of dumped vehicles with no MOT or TAX- parking is already tight with the road congested- why is nothing being done?? Emergency vehicles would have no chance of getting through
