Mr Clark - and that makes it okay to park a vehicle in an inappropriate manner??? Dangerous and obstructive parking and needs to be moved. Police aware.

The insurance should be suitable to reflect the advertising on the vehicle - personal 3rd PF&T is not sufficient. Reported to the Motor Insurance Database (MID - askMID.com) - trust there is no accident as it is no technically insured.

Report has been marked as 'fixed' so it will not get looked at - may need to open a new report - not sure what SBC will and can do - was reported to Police but no action - maybe you need to contact the Police again.
