These bins have now overflowed, people have tried using the standard bins too but they have overflowed. The children’s park is now scattered in bags of dog poop.

I moved into Watson Road in April and I have never seen this bin been emptied. It's overflown with rubbish and poo bags, and gets blown everywhere, including face masks and gloves which is very unsanitary!!! The next closest bins in this street are surrounding the childrens park, which again are overflowing especially the dog poo bin! I can't imagine the last time these bins were emptied let alone sanitised!!

Get in touch with the housing association too. They might actually be responsible for these, it’s usually they’re guys emptying them.
