A collection of household and garden waste has been flytipped to the rear of 59-63 chepstow close. It includes a piece of glass shaped like a blade. Fortunately i was holding my 18month old daughter by the hand when i came across this.

A substaintial amount of garden and household waste has been flytipped to the rear of 59-64 chepstow close. Of most concern is the various pieces of glass, one shaped like a blade. I have an 18month old daughter and am concerned she may be injured when using the rear alley
