Fly-tipping on field behind Burymead

Building materials have been fly-tipped on the field behind Burymead during the night a couple of weekends ago. The person drove right across the field from the entrance behind Burymead and dropped the rubbish in a copse of trees diagonally opposite the entrance.

On your latest update you say the land behind Burymead is not either HCC or SNC land. Attached is a photo of a notice on the land ritually next to the rubbish which clearly states the land belongs to HCC. There is a second notice with the same information on near the entrance to the field.
If ownership has changed I would appreciate your letting me know who does now own the land.
Also what does “fixed” mean on the latest status update as the rubbish is still there so has obviously not been “fixed”.
