Household waste thrown in recycling containers in pollard gardens

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2122390.
Customer has called to report someone has thrown all their household items in to the communal recycling bins of hanover housing in pollard gardens. They have filled up on container with old kids toys, clothes and paper work. Looks like they are moving out as they found a book with to do lists. Found a business card with name and details of a IT business, servicechoice.com They tried to rinf the number on their but it has been disconnected.

This is Housing Association property. You will need to make contact with the Housing Association in order for them to deal as this is not Stevenage Borough Council land.

The large general refuse bins are full with fly tipped waste from someone who lives off site. Residents are worried they will be fined by the council when it was not their waste.
